Just thought I would give you guys an update on the potty training. HE IS COMPLETELY POTTY TRAINED!! WAHOO!! I guess what they say about them being ready is the key. He decided a last Monday it was time (I guess) and come Wed. he was having no accidents and telling me every time he needed to go. And has been clean ever since. Can you believe it! I'm still in shock, how long have I been working on this and then within 3 days of him wanting to do it he was done. Needless to say I'm super stoked and am so happy I'm done with diapers for one of them!
Ryder is a little S@#*% when it comes to getting his picture taken and he never wants to. BUT my little princess is completely different! Haha... Once she sees that camera she is in the ready position and is showin those teeth. I love it!!

WOW!!
What a game it was tonight! I sat here watching it with just the kids. My husband left last night for the second season of Bow Hunting ( oh joy ) but anyways, I was jumping up and down and screaming a lot. (yes I really get in to my beaver football) Averee cracks up and thinks it hilarious so she enjoys herself, and Ryder well he gets in to the beaver football also but in a different way, sort of? He thinks that every player on the T.V. is his cousin Austin (he's 10) so he goes running around and jumping yelling Yay Austin, Go Austin! lol... It's to cute to try and explain that they are not all cousin Austin. But the point of this is a big CONGRATS for tonight's game!! One more and we are off to the ROSE BOWL BABY!!!!
About a month ago Ryder had to say goodbye to one of our "family" members. His big fat black gold fish died or shall we say "mommy sent him to heaven" he was sick and I had to get him out of the tank so he wouldn't infect our other fish. So with that said I would like to introduce our newest members. This is Louie and Oscar. Ryder loves them cause they are crazy little fish and swim all over.
P.S. sorry Molly he choose the names! I'm sure you can still have Louie for your puppers!
Finally we are all starting to feel better around my house! After a couple weeks full of croup, bronchitis, and ear infections, it seems to be going away. Thank the lord!! I don't know if I could have handled any more really. Between the no sleep, being sick myself, and just whinny (I really do mean that in a good way) kids, I was about ready to lose my mind. We started the week off pretty good other then Madison (the little girl I watch) she was the one that it hit this week, but hers turned out to be an ear infection. Today we all are doing good and the kids are back to being loud and running around every where. Yay. I think??? haha..
This week is my week to start figuring out Christmas! I have to make my list's and start my shopping! I love this time of year!! We have decided to stay home for Thanksgiving this year. We had planned on going to good old C-town but after doing finances it's just really not going to work out. But we are planning on going over a couple weeks after to make up for it and do Christmas. Actually I'm really happy to be staying home this year and having it just be our little family, then I can go shopping the day after, and we can put up Christmas decorations that weekend. To me sounds like a perfect family extra long weekend!! :) I'm looking so forward to shopping for the kids. Ryder is going to be so fun this year. I think he will really catch on to "Santa". And Averee well she is happy just to be happy. Now my husband on the other hand, what to get him???? Who knows, maybe a wii? But I guess that is only if I can find one, right?
I guess this is just me rambling, so I will cut it short and hope you all are getting in to the Holiday Season! :)
What in the world is going on in my house!!! I feel like I should take everything out and do a HOT steam wash on it all. Last week it was Ryder who we were rushing in to the doctor. This week my poor little A. She has never really been sick so I didn't know if she was going to be like Ryder or maybe we would luck out and she would just be "normal". But after yesterday and last night we are figuring out she is just like her brother and I think a little worse cause she is so young... Poor little thing started out with a cold yesterday and by late afternoon she had a temp of 102.6 and could barely breath, and when I say barely breath I mean it. It scared the crap out of me as I was sitting here lovin on her and she started coughing and could not breath after she was done. She started turning red in the face and looking at me like mommy do something. What do I do, I freak out and start crying!! Real nice right??? So we take her in to immediate care and they gave us an inhaler for her and told us she has bronchitis and probably has a touch of asthma like her brother. Oh joy. Well last night got no better we almost ended up taking her in just cause the inhaler really didn't do much for her. We made it through and now we wait for 11:30 to come around and she goes in for a breathing treatment.
I don't remember us being sick that much last year at all! I have already been to the doctor 4 times in the last month and half! And it's only the beginning of "sick" season....
Just a couple things.
First off I would like to congratulate the new President. With that said I sit here watching The View this morning and of coarse it's all about last nights polls and Ryder climbed up on my lap and I said you see that guy on t.v. that's our new President, he looked at me and said "that's my President?" I said yup thats Barack Obama. And in the sweetest little voice and being so serious he asked if he is a dinosaur and if we get to have cake with him??? lol... I think when I said President he was thinking I said present. lol....
Second my friend sent this out today and I don't think anyone could have said it better so I wanted to pass it on.
I'm happy for Mr. Barack in this unprecedented time. I hope he does a good job and brings people together. But lets not forget what Mr. McCain did for this country before many of us were even born! Let's don't just remember him as the candidate that lost the race, but as the war hero and great American that decided it was his duty to run for president.
Sam Pierce.
